Some interesting insights into reading emotions which links to emotional intelligence

Was referred to this today which, although is based on marketing research, provides some insights into reading emotions in daily interactions.

It brought back some interesting reading I completed at university, The Presentation of Self in Everyday Life by Erving Goffman, which although published in 1959, gave me a different set of perspectives from which to read human behaviour. Essential reading for all those involved in leading learning.
