This useful resource was posted on The Guardian website, and represents materials for introducing the topic of Ebola into the curriculum. To my mind, it is particularly useful to have a multidisciplinary approach to such topics as this means that science and society are addressed in a single debate. I’ve always been one for approaching learning in a more holistic way than the standard secondary school curriculum allows as it promotes more authentic learning experiences which are rooted not only in subjects, but also in wider problem explorations and solutions.
