Understanding Digital Literacies – A Practical Introduction, authored by Rodney H Jones and Christoph A Hafner, explores digital literacy and 21st century learning.
The distance between their thinking and current practice is significant. In my opinion, it will be a difficult divide to cross with a traditional curriculum and school organisation, especially where school departmental structures cut across a more holistic view of learning for every student.
