Just as our students need social and emotional skills to cope with life, so too do our teachers need support in strengthening their social and emotional skills to manage the stresses of teaching and stay in the profession.

Teachers who are educated about social and emotional learning or Emotional Intelligence, are able to connect with their own emotions and feelings, manage them better and re-connect with their internal drivers and sense of purpose which means they can avoid burnout and stay in the profession.
