Educational Leadership 101



We have linked to the talks given by TED many times.

As examples of the use of media to deliver profound messages in a simple format there are few examples to compare with them.

Although the context of the messages delivered in this presentation is general business, the messages ring true for leadership of an educational establishment where culture development and personal efficacy will be paramount dimensions of how effectively the school develops the capacities of its learners.

The solution is learning - creating independent and autonomous learners who can problem solve, innovate and create a better more equitable and sustainable world.
