The Learning Renaissance

Grace Kelly Ladybird Trust

Not my usual educational post today, although this is an appeal for greater education into a particular field of research.

Grace Kelly, was a four year old who lost her life to an aggressive childhood cancer.

Her mum has set up a charity in her name to provide information to parents regarding early symptoms which should alert parents to visit their GP as quickly as possible.

To that end an information sheet has been produced and distributed to all new mums and in the education and medical fields.

Unfortunately in growing young bodies, cancer tends to act very aggressively, as it did with Grace. The charity also helps to fundraise for additional research into childhood cancers, which is an underfunded area of cancer research. Any support appreciated.

Dazed and confused much of the time but convinced we can, as a species, do much better than this if we set our minds to being much more positive and productive towards our fellow humans.
