The Power of Confidence

This is a useful exercise to try in CPD days.

Ask your team to write down what they would do if they knew that they could not fail in their efforts.

Confidence in action can be an elusive thing.

Some are insulated from the fear of failure by having great resources at their command. Some become confident when they realise their situation is so desperate that they no longer fear the consequences of their actions.

Inculcating rational risk taking in young people is very liberating and provides them with a tremendous life lesson…
