The schools and reformed penal system of the nineteenth century had similar antecedents and moral drivers and came up with extraordinarily similar systems for the management of those in the system…

Time for some radical changes to both systems I think.

The solution is learning - creating independent and autonomous learners who can problem solve, innovate and create a better more equitable and sustainable world.
