I think this may be rather putting the cart before the horse in terms of assuming the significant attributes of schools are their use of digital technologies. It takes more than digital attributes to define the successful school. The Tech Edvocate does highlight some features which might be considered progressive in terms of the learning experience of students.
Without quality schools, students will not learn the skills that they need to master to succeed in the global economy or life in general. If you have been studying the field of education closely, then you know that it is undergoing a metamorphosis. Students of today no longer respond to the school configurations and instructional strategies that our ancestors did. No, they grew up in a world that is dominated by and integrated with technology.
