The Learning Renaissance

An exciting and unexpected opportunity to be Much Smarter…

To my esteemed senior leadership colleagues,

I’m delighted to announce that as a result of a developmental conversation that has been ongoing for nearly two years, I have been invited to join the Much Smarter team as an Ambassador and Special Advisor for the launch of their amazing Much Smarter CPD offer to UK MATs, Schools and Colleges.

I’ve joined the team because they are delightful and talented people who care deeply about maximising the potential of every learner in the education system, be they student, staff member, or parent.

Their offer mirrors my analysis and work in schools as to what we need to do to lift the current malaise in education and develop independent and autonomous learners of the sort I outlined in my books Future Proof Your School and Re-Examining Success. The programme goes far beyond Strategic Planning, it focuses on helping leadership and staff collaborate to develop a learning culture for your school that will provide sustainable learning improvements in student and staff performance.

To my mind, the support and value on offer feels like something that no Headteacher and MAT leader under pressure would want to ignore.

Feel free to contact me directly to find out more, or you can get in touch with them directly right here  (and tell them I sent you!) to request more information and a free school self-evaluation tool and other value-added benefits for the first tranche of schools to sign up.

Kind regards,

David Hughes MA NPQH FRSA

About educationalist04

I'm convinced we can, as a species, do much better than this if we set our minds to being much more positive and productive towards our fellow humans. The solution is learning - creating independent and autonomous learners who can problem solve, innovate and create a better more equitable and sustainable world. My books, Future Proof Your School and Re-Examining Success together with this blog, explore how better learning outcomes for all can be achieved.
