    That is a GREAT graphic! Thank you for sharing. Sadly too many managers sit at the Position level. I’ve worked for a lot of them. Its amazing how much more fun work is if you get even to the Permission level. Working for someone at at the People development level is the BEST. I had a boss at that level and I stayed with him for 7 years! I even turned down better offers to stay because I liked where I was so much.
