I want to add to the discussion about teacher wellbeing, to explore the signs and symptoms and then offer some practical advice from my own experience.
How are you doing? I
don’t mean the casual “How are you?” question that we answer politely with
“Fine, and you?” I have written this
article to flag up how easy it is to slide into routines and practices that are
bad for us as teachers and what we can do about it.
